THE BOOKING PROCESS

How To Book

Step One

Simply click on your chosen dates above.

Step Two

To confirm your booking a 25% deposit is required with the remainder of the balance payable six weeks prior to your arrival. If the booking is within 6 weeks before your arrival, full payment will be required on booking. We will send you a link and you can pay online via credit or debit card. You will receive confirmation once a deposit is paid.

Step Three

Once the booking is confirmed we will send you email reminders of payment dates.

Guest Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified and received by email once received  we will confirm and process your cancellation.

We have a flexible cancellation policy allowing you to cancel up to 14 days before your check-in date, you will receive 75% of the costs you have paid. Please note cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to re-let the dates, in which case we will refund you up to 90% or part of the sum you have paid, depending on the value of the replacement of the booking.

We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for the loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
